This year’s crop will be held on Join us for wonderful, stress-free crop time. We’ll cook for you and offer plenty of fun ways for you to support our youth & missions teams. Bring your own supplies to work on your paper crafting projects in a well-lit and fun atmosphere. Your registration fee is tax deductible, and includes continental breakfast, home cooked lunch, drinks and snacks all day, plus scrapbook/crop space, swap table, goody bags, and door prizes!

Details:
On Friday night, we keep it pretty low-key, with a delicious dinner prepared by our own Ione and her team ready when you arrive, and uninterrupted crop time. A yummy dessert will be provided around 9, and if you can stay up that late, keep cropping till 11. Then, if you’re able to stay for Saturday, leave your work set up and get right back to it on Saturday morning.
On Saturday, there will be “Make and Take” stations (for a nominal fee), a silent auction (including retired Stampin' Up!
products), and raffle baskets valued between $150 and $300. And, don’t forget the Swap table. It’s become extremely popular! Bring something to share, and take what will enhance your projects.
Sylvia Cuillo, from Photos Organized, will be here to scan your photos. She’ll scan 100 photos (front and back) for a $7 donation to missions. Get them out of that shoebox and onto a CD or thumb drive quickly & easily. She’ll do multiples of 100, too! BRING YOUR PHOTOS and a thumb drive!
Make & Take Projects – Local Artisans have donated their time and supplies to provide these Make & Take Projects for you. You’ll pay a nominal fee for each, which goes completely to youth & missions. These are some of the best Make & Takes at any crop around. Adhesive will be required for each Make & Take.
The cost is $25 for Friday night, $35 for Saturday, or $50 for both, and Electricity is available for a fee of $5 per person. Late registrations, late payments & walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Get your group together, and go online to www.baylife.org/scrapbooking to register and reserve your space! Please note that your space is not reserved until paid in full. Each of the past 3 Crops have filled 6 weeks early, so get all your cropping buddies together and register by the first of September to be sure to get everyone in!
