When it comes to managing our emotions, many people suffer from one of two extremes: some folks allow their emotions to run wild while others deny their emotions. This group offers a practical, biblical perspective on human emotionality. We discuss painful emotions such anger, fear and sadness and how to manage them. This group is designed to help you approach your own emotions in healthy ways, as well as learning how to handle the emotions of others. Not only is the material highly interactive, it presents participants with practical ways of applying the content immediately.
