Welcome Team/Connection Training

"If You Love Jesus...Tell Your Face": Best Practices for Welcoming Our Guests. This training for all Welcome Team and Connections Team members and wannabes will be a fun-filled, informative, and interactive learning time. Designed to help us be our best selves in Christ as we welcome our guests from week to week, the training will utilize videos, table discussion, and large group presentations to focus on what it takes for us to make Bay Life a welcoming church.
This training is open to all volunteers with Welcome Team (Parking, Greeters, Ushers, Communion Servers, and Baptism teams) and Connections (New Here?, Guest Services, and Membership Class table hosts), as well as those who are interested in joining one of these ministries.
