Bay Life will hold its third annual Global 5K Cross Country Run on March 13th, 2010. Event check-in will be at 7 am with the race starting at 8 am. Pre-race pick up is March 12th from 5 to 7 pm. All runners registered by March 2nd will receive a free T-shirt and runner’s goodie-bag. Registration for 5k race is $25 per runner, $15 for the Kids 1k Fun Run/Walk.

This year’s event will also feature a Health & Home Expo from 8:30-2:30. There will be free car seat safety checks, health screenings, blood mobile, fire safety lessons, food, children’s activities and health and home expo booths.
