Communications Production Coordinator - Full Time
The Production Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for Bay Life’s print materials, printer and print room management, production machines, and creative support. This includes delivery of materials used to train, teach, encourage, inspire, and grow Bay Life Church and its people through the use of print and digital media. Under the guidance, direction, and supervision of the Communications Director, the Production Coordinator serves an enabling function to all ministries within Bay Life Church.
If married, the Communications Coordinator must demonstrate daily, as a man of one wife, or wife of one man, that marriage and family is a priority. In addition, they must possess exceptional organization and task management skills. In addition, they must have graphic design experience and demonstrate flexibility and capability to adapt quickly in various technical and creative environments and deliver quality products on short deadlines. They must also possess a working knowledge of PC and Mac productivity software and Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design, layout, and production software.
Worship Arts - Worship Coordinator - Part Time
The Worship Coordinator should be an individual who first loves God and has a call on their life to use their musical, leadership and teaching gifts to glorify God and inspire others.
If married, the Worship Coordinator must demonstrate daily, as a man of one wife, or wife of one man, that marriage and family is a priority. In addition, they must possess excellent musical skills on an instrument including superior vocal ability. The Worship Coordinator must also be a team player and a team leader with excellent communication skills. This role requires an individual able to effectively direct and work with teams that provide worship arts functions in various church gatherings. He/she will be trained to assist in audio, lighting, production, and other related duties.
Worship Arts - Technical Assistant - Part Time
The Bay Life Worship Arts ministry has an opening for a part-time technical assistant. Qualifications include previous experience as an audio, video, or lighting technician, the capacity to work well as a member of a creative team, and ability to accomplish assigned tasks independently.
If married, the Technical Assistant must demonstrate daily, as a man of one wife, or wife of one man, that marriage and family is a priority. In addition, they must demonstrate strong attention detail, a talent for troubleshooting technical challenges, flexibility to adapting workflow and work schedules, and possess a working knowledge of Mac and Windows OS computers.
Bay Life Kids - Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Adult Ministries - Men's Ministry Coordinator - Part Time
The Bay Life Life Groups Ministry has an opening for a part time Men’s Ministry Coordinator. The Men's Coordinator is responsible for oversight of all Men’s Ministry activities, events, and leadership development. Leadership development includes recruiting, training, encouragement and accountability of all Men's Ministry Leaders.
If married, the Men's Ministry Coordinator must demonstrate daily, as a man of one wife, that marriage and family is a priority. In addition, they must also provide Bible Study opportunities to Bay Life's men, community outreach, and volunteer recruitment, training, and encouragement.
Lambkins Teacher - Part Time
If you love children and want to see them grow in knowledge and help prepare them for kindergarten, our Lambkins Preschool has an immediate opening for an afternoon teacher with availability from 1-6pm.
