Tom began serving at Bay Life Church in June of 2005. He and his wife Nichole have been married for 23 years and they have three children, Teagan, Camden, and Rylan. Tom faithfully serves as the Executive Pastor at Bay Life, helping behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly on the church campus. He also serves with the Foundations teaching team.

Tell us about yourself and your faith journey.
I came to know Jesus at an early age and grew up in a church that gave me a wonderful foundation in my faith. When I moved to the Phoenix area from the Chicago suburbs for college, that foundation was tested. I can look back at that time and see God's hand all over my journey. It was at the end of college that God redirected my steps into ministry. It has been an interesting and fulfilling adventure ever since.

What is your personal hope and prayer for Bay Life Church?
I hope that the people who call this place their church home encounter Jesus in such a real and meaningful way that they can't help but surrender to Him. I long for people to grow in their journey with Jesus, long to tell others about him along the way, and find their place to serve.
