Middle School (6th8th Grade)

Middle School Ministry | Hybrid

Middle School Ministry will start back on campus Wednesday, July 1st. Our service will be offered as a hybrid, where those who can only make it online can still login through Zoom and view what is happening on campus and participate in small groups. Service will run from 7pm - 8:30pm. Doors will open on campus at 6:50pm. All students and leaders are required to checkin and have their temperatures taken. If you have a fever you will need to return home. Students are not required to wear a mask, but they are highly encouraged. Everyone on campus will also be encouraged to practice social distancing.

If you are not yet part of our Middle School ministry, please email  for more information and to get the link for access and password to our Zoom call if you will be joining online.

Curriculum: What We Teach

Bay Life uses a multi-year training program to teach the entire bible to our students. Every week, they study a specific portion of Scripture, that allows them to see the Christ connection. Utilizing the Gospel Project curriculum, our students are learning that the Bible is not merely a book with interesting stories, but rather one complete story that points directly to Jesus. Join our Middle School Facebook Group and learn more about how to continue the lesson in-between the weekend services.

For a lot of middle school kids, it’s all about “me.” And here at Bay Life, we build on thatin a good way.

Our aim is to get our middle school students to own their faith. To realize their relationship with Christ is no longer about what mom and dad believe, but instead it’s about them owning their own faith.

We want to motivate our middle school students to take personal responsibility for their spiritual health and growth, and to take seriously the Great Commission. Once they start catching on to these simple truths, they’ll naturally realize that it’s not all about “me” … and that will be a beautiful thing to watch.

Each week, students experience a combination of worship, games, a challenging message, and most importantly, interaction with a small group.

The Middle School Ministry (6-8th Grade) meets in The Loft (in the Student Center) on Sundays during the 9:00am worship service, and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm.

If you are the parent of a middle school student with special needs, please let us know at check-in. We have a class specifically designed for your student at the 9am service in Room 602.

The wait is over. It’s time for our students to live out their faith. It’s time for them to realize that having a personal relationship with Christ doesn’t mean keeping it to oneself. It’s time for them to stand up for what’s right, even if they might be standing alone. It's time they look to God for their satisfaction and approval and to worship Him...not just on Sundays, but in everything they do.

We want to see our students fully surrendered to Christ, owning their faith, serving Him and serving others. The fact is, what your student does with these few years of high school could set the trajectory for the rest of his/her life. Let us help you guide your student in the way he/she should go.

Each week, students experience a combination of worship, games, a challenging message, and most importantly, interaction with a small group.

The High School Ministry (9-12th Grade) attends main service on Sunday Mornings. High School – LIFT meets in the Student Center on Sunday nights from 6:30-8:30pm.
