The T Family | The Great Commission
The T Family is permanently relocating to South Asia to live out Jesus’s command to make disciples Panta Ta Ethne (Of All Nations). They are going to a place where the name of Jesus is not known, and the people do not yet have access to the gospel.
When they discovered that there are currently 3.2 billion people who don’t have access to the gospel of Jesus Christ, they knew something had to change. They changed the way they prayed, gave, and sent. Through that process, the Holy Spirit showed them how His command to make disciples Of All Nations was a command for every believer. There, they realized that even from the United States, they had a unique and significant role in getting the greatest news ever to people who had never heard it. After a few years, their role as prayers, givers, and senders started to change. That is when God called them to go.
They are not going to an easy mission or place, but God promises that He will be with us wherever we go. They will live in a closed country, so the information we can provide is limited. But the T Family knows our amazing God chooses to use people like everyday Bay Lifers to make His name known among all the people. Scripture points to a time when people from every nation, tribe, language, and tongue will stand around the throne of our King and give glory to God (Rev 7:9-11). The T Family prays that everyone will know... Jesus is worth it.
How You Can Support The T Family:
There is power in prayer, and they need your prayers.
- Pray that, above all, they would be found faithful servants of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
- Pray for perseverance, endurance, encouragement, strength, joy, wisdom, and boldness as they move to a new country and embrace a new culture.
- Pray that God may open the hearts of the unreached people we live among and that many would put their faith in Jesus for salvation.
- Pray that God would mobilize senders and goers to make His name known among all nations.
